Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or return all purchases made from within 30 calendar days of arrival. All returns or refunds require a receipt or order number. Please submit a request by e-mail to to start a return.

Product Warranty
This warranty is valid only for service in the United States of America, and extends only to the Original Purchaser of a new product.  This warranty does not extend to used, refurbished, or resold products.
This product is warranted by HoloCases (the “Company”) and its distributors to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year (the “Warranty Period”) from the date of purchase. During the Warranty Period, and upon proof of purchase, the product will be repaired using the Company’s reconditioned/replacement parts, or the product will be replaced with the same or a similar reconditioned/replacement model at the Company’s discretion.

To obtain warranty service, please send the product, with return postage pre-paid (self-addressed, stamped envelope), along with a copy of the original sales receipt showing the date of purchase, to:

Please also include the following information with the product:
1.    Purchaser’s name
2.    Date of purchase
3.    Product model number and design
4.    Purchaser’s mailing address
5.    Purchaser’s phone number
6.    Reason for return of product

Repair or replacement within the warranty period under the terms of this Agreement will be to the Original Purchaser, without charging the Original Purchaser the cost of parts or labor charges. Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, it is recommended that the product be sent to the Company by a traceable shipping method, such as the U.S. Postal Service (with insurance and return receipt requested), or via courier service.

The customer shall NOT be entitled to any claim under the warranty to repair or replace the product under the following circumstances:
1.    The damage is caused by misuse, neglect, improper, rough or careless treatment;
2.    The damage is caused by a fire, flood, lightning, water damage, or other natural calamity;
3.    The damage is caused by improper repair or adjustment made by anyone other than the official Company service center;
4.    The case is damaged or worn;
5.    The warranty period has expired; or
6.    The Original Purchaser fails to include the original proof of purchase with the request.
All original parts (parts installed by the Company during the original manufacture) replaced by the Company or its authorized service center, become the property of the Company.  Any after-market additions or modifications will not be warranted, and are not included under this warranty.

The Company makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to the Company’s products other than as set forth below in this Warranty.
Except as provided in this Warranty, the Company is not liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage that may result from use or inability to use the Company’s products.  Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any loss, cost, expense, inconvenience or damage exceeding the purchase price of the Company’s products.
No warranty extension will be granted for any replacement part(s) furnished to the purchaser in fulfillment of this warranty.
No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or consequential damages.
This warranty is governed by the laws of the state of California.   
By purchasing the Company’s product(s), the Original Purchaser agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions in this Warranty.
